Eind oktober 2019 zagen wij Killswitch Engage nog een fantastisch optreden geven in de AB in Brussel. Een goede 4 maanden later zaten zij en wij (net als alle andere bands en muziekfans) thuis de kaas van tussen onze tenen te peuteren. Zoals ook andere bands kozen ook KSE ervoor om dmv een streaming event hun fans toch nog iets speciaals aan te bieden. Die speciallekes werden The Palladium (een historische concertzaal in Worcester, Massachusetts) en de integrale vertolking van zowel het jongste album Atonement (2019) als het zelfgetitelde debuut uit 2000. Met hier en daar nog een paar onverwachte verrassingen ertussen. De registratie van dat event komt op 3 juni uit op Blu-Ray (en CD, vinyl, u-weet-hoe-dat-gaat) via Metal Blade Records. Als appetizer wordt alvast een clip vrijgegeven voor Vide Infra, een track die meer dan 20 jaar na z'n originele release nog niets aan kracht heeft ingeboet, integendeel. On August 6, 2021, we launched a streaming event that took place at The Palladium in Worcester, Massachusetts, which has been the site of many iconic KsE shows throughoutour history. The performance setlist consists of 2019's "Atonement" in full, along withthe 2000-released, self-titled debut album in full — with some fun and unexpected surprises along the way! This special event was directed by David Brodsky and Allison Woest for MyGoodEye.
