Waar is de tijd dat bands als Public Enemy en Beastie Boys snedige punk/rock combineerden met hip hop. Pas écht groot/mainstream werd alles dankzij o.a. Faith No More en Rage Against The Machine... om dan richting het alom gehate/geliefde nu metal te evolueren. De jongeman uit London ademt een groot deel van deze invloeden, staat echter met de voeten helemaal in het heden: hoor ik daar nl. niet het emo-aspect uit metalcore en laat hij ook niet wat poppy sounds horen? Misschien niet echt meer mijn ding, maar wel erg goed gedaan en best leuk om een feestje op gang te trekken.

You're in a mental torture prison, and you haven't got the strength to leave. You know you should leave, but you’re scared, you're hurt, and this is what the scars can make you do - people put you in mental prisons, and sometimes the only thing you have left to remember is the scars they leave.”
