Ik dacht eerst met een volledig nieuwe band te maken te hebben maar blijkbaar heeft deze band meer dan een decennia geleden toch al enkele albums uitgebracht. Die heb ik helaas nooit gehoord dus zal het aankomende album Constellation Zero, dat uitkomt op 15 mei via Inverse Records een bijzonder aangename kennismaking worden, daar ben ik nu al zeker van.
Want deze The Way of the Voice heeft alles wat mij bekoort in melodeathmetal. Episch, razende drums, gruizelende grunts, scheurende gitaren en dat alles overgoten met die Finse melancholische saus.

The Finnish symphonic melodic death metal band Inthraced are set to release their long-awaited debut album 'Constellation Zero' on May 15th 2026 via Inverse Records.
On The Way of the Voice the band comments:
"One of the most epic tracks on the album. The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is strongly present in this one. This was the final song completed for the album, finished just before the recording sessions began."
Inthraced is a Finnish metal band founded in 2011, blending melodic intensity with cosmic darkness to forge a distinct and powerful soundscape. Their early releases, āThe New Awakeningā (2012) and āThe Rising Chaosā (2014), set the foundation for their rise, further amplified by the 2019 single āInterstellar.ā
In 2022, the band was reborn with a new guitarist and bassist, igniting the creative fire behind their debut album āConstellation Zeroā ā an epic and ambitious journey that carries the listener to the very edges of the universe.
