Wat kan ik na vijf singles nog meer vertellen over één van mijn favoriete (hedendaagse) folkzangeressen? Dat haar geluid weidser is dan op haar debuut heb ik al meermaals aangekaart, net zoals mijn lof over haar subtiel gitaargetokkel én mijn diepe liefde voor haar stem. Schreef ik reeds dat de IJslandse de meest wonderbaarlijke melodieën uit haar pen tovert en dat haar songs in al hun eenvoud héél sterk binnenkomen?
Gewoon dat nieuwe album kopen, beste mensen, het is net uit.
